I enjoyed my stay at Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial, as the location was beautiful, and the dining experience was impressive. However, the service left much to be desired and often felt rude. The rooms, while spacious, showed signs of age. Overall, it had its highs and lows during my visit.

While the spa facilities were enjoyable, I found some aspects of the service lacking, which detracted from an otherwise relaxing experience.
